"Time Travelers Club" is an educational and entertainment program for children. In the first episode, the main characters, siblings Wiktoria and Wiktor, magically travel back in time and meet traveler Arkady Fiedler, who takes the children on an amazing journey. Upon their return, Wiktor and Wiktoria form the eponymous Time Travelers Club.
